The Competence Center of Trauma Pedagogy is working on the development, adaptation, and spreading of modern methods of working with at-risk children in the sphere of social, therapeutic, and psychological rehabilitation.
International cooperation, long-term experience, and the use of modern research in the sphere of Trauma Pedagogy are giving an opportunity to integrate the best and the most efficient forms of work with the children at Sunshine Children’s Center.
One primary task of the Center is the preparation and improvement of professionals working with at-risk children throughout Ukraine—therapists, caregivers, psychologists, foster parents, and patrons.
The Competence Center of Trauma Pedagogy also provides organized seminars and trainings in different parts of Ukraine, and leads supervision meetings for specialists and institutions working with children.
